ARE ALL YOUR TREATS NATURAL?

Yes they are. All of our treats contain 100% natural ingredients. You can rest assured all our treats and healthy and good for your dog. All of our treats are grain and gluten free.

ARE ANY TREATS SUITABLE FOR PUPPIES?

Yes, most of our treats are suitable for puppies. Check out our puppy box designed specially for puppies 8-12 weeks old. Once the puppies are 12 weeks plus, we would just advise to stay away from necks and feet or anything with a bone as the pups will not have their adult teeth yet to crunch through.

WHAT SHOULD I GIVE MY PUPPY FOR TEETHING?

We recommend using Yaks, Antlers and Olive branches for puppies whilst teething. They are long lasting and natural. These chews are also recommended for adult dogs too. The chewing with help calm your dog, ease anxiety and relieve boredom.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping costs are calculated by weight. Costs start at just £2.99 per items under 1kg. We also offer free shipping on items over £40, excluding Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We aim to get your order to you within 5-7 days. Use use Ervi to deliver which can take between 2-4 working days and we need 1-2 working days to prepare and ship your order. We ship all orders out twice a week on Tuesday and Friday.

WHAT DAYS DO YOU SHIP?

We are shipping on Tuesdays and Fridays only.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are based in Romsey, Hampshire.

CAN I ORDER AND COLLECT?

Yes, you can collect from us. You will receive an email with collection instructions once you have placed your order.

DO YOU DELIVER LOCALLY?

We offer a free local delivery service in Romsey for orders over £10. We will be doing local deliveries Friday or over the weekend

I PLACED AN ORDER AND IT HASN'T ARRIVED YET, WHERE IS IT?

Please refer to your tracking number provided. If you have not received your parcel after 7 working days, please get in touch.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL SHOP?
